About

Order Risk reads every open order next to its support thread and its shipment record, and scores how likely it is to miss the date you promised. The signal is upstream of the carrier: a proof approval that has sat for two days, a paid order with no fulfilment, a customer who has already written in twice. By the time tracking says late, it has usually been visible in the order for a week.

BearScope has a live governed order-risk analysis path over Kustomer and Magento data. This listing expresses the target capability to propose holds, reroutes, or notices; it does not establish a generalized pack runtime or public install path.

Highlights

  • Reads orders + support + shipments
  • Proposes holds, reroutes, notices
  • Supported paths can record proposals, policy decisions, attempts, and reported outcomes; duplicate controls reduce recognized retry risk
  • Order-risk capability evidenced in BearScope; generalized pack remains a target contract

Authentication

BearScope uses governed product-specific source bindings. This target operator contract holds no source credentials; no public pack runtime is implied.

What it reads

  • Open orders with line items, promise dates, and proof-approval state
  • Support conversations tied to each order, including reopen and escalation history
  • Shipment and tracking events from the moment a label is created

What it can do

  • Places or releases an order hold, with the reason on the record
  • Proposes a reroute or expedite when the promise is at risk
  • Notifies the account owner with the order, the signal, and the recommended fix

How it works

1

Sense

Open orders with line items, promise dates, and proof-approval state.

2

Reason

The target operator contract scores approved inputs and proposes a plan. Live BearScope roles use governed product paths; managed early-access roles require deployment-specific policy, human review, and validation.

3

Act

Target capability: Places or releases an order hold, with the reason on the record. Actual authority, duplicate controls, and recovery depend on the validated deployment and downstream system.

Pricing

Managed scope required

There is no public operator-pack checkout, free trial, or standing rate. Maturity, propose-only evaluation, limits, support, and commercial terms are confirmed during managed review.

Requirements

System requirements
  • A commerce connector (Magento or Shopify) for order state
  • A support connector (Kustomer or Zendesk) for conversation context
  • A shipping source (ShipStation or carrier webhooks) for scan events

Your deployment engineer verifies each line with you during onboarding.

Support and resources

Supported by the people who built it

This operator is developed, run, and supported by the same Fibric team. Support starts during onboarding with a named deployment engineer and doesn't hand you off afterward.

Magento

Reads orders, line items, and proof approvals as they happen: the upstream signal that an order is about to go wrong.

ShipStation

Carrier labels, tracking, and ship events. Pairs with an order operator to catch the slip upstream of the first carrier scan.
