Order Risk
Holds the order that is about to miss its promise, before the carrier ever scans it.
Order Risk reads every open order next to its support thread and its shipment record, and scores how likely it is to miss the date you promised. The signal is upstream of the carrier: a proof approval that has sat for two days, a paid order with no fulfilment, a customer who has already written in twice. By the time tracking says late, it has usually been visible in the order for a week.
When the score crosses your threshold, it proposes an action — hold the order, reroute it, or notify the account owner with the reason — and the deterministic executor carries it out exactly once. It runs in production today inside BearScope, scoring live specialty-commerce orders against real Kustomer conversations and Magento order state.

Authentication
Runs inside your Fibric tenant; it uses the connectors you have already authorized and holds no credentials of its own.
What it reads
- Open orders with line items, promise dates, and proof-approval state
- Support conversations tied to each order, including reopen and escalation history
- Shipment and tracking events from the moment a label is created
What it can do
- Places or releases an order hold, with the reason on the record
- Proposes a reroute or expedite when the promise is at risk
- Notifies the account owner with the order, the signal, and the recommended fix
Requirements
- A commerce connector (Magento or Shopify) for order state
- A support connector (Kustomer or Zendesk) for conversation context
- A shipping source (ShipStation or carrier webhooks) for scan events
Works with
MagentoConnector Reads orders, line items, and proof approvals as they happen: the upstream signal that an order is about to go wrong. Live KustomerConnector Reads conversations and writes notes back, idempotently. Running in production today under BearScope. Live ShipStationConnector Carrier labels, tracking, and ship events. Pairs with an order operator to catch the slip upstream of the first carrier scan. Early access ShopifyConnector Streams orders, fulfillments, and inventory. Swapping storefronts is configuration, not a rewrite of your operator. Early access NetSuiteConnector Ingests open sales orders and ship dates from saved searches: the ERP truth an order-risk operator scores against.
