Operations Analyst
Answers an operational question in plain language, then turns the answer into a vetted action.
Operations Analyst sits over your governed data and answers the questions an operator on shift actually asks: why did response time slip yesterday afternoon, which orders reopened twice this week, who is waiting longest right now. Every number in the answer comes from your tables and carries its source, so a placeholder can never pass as a metric. It is built for the ten minutes before a standup, when someone needs the real picture and not a dashboard scavenger hunt.
When an answer points at a fix, it proposes the action as a validated plan, and the deterministic executor carries it out exactly once after you confirm. It runs in production today inside BearScope, answering questions over live specialty-commerce data: Kustomer conversations, Magento orders, and Amazon Connect calls.

Authentication
Runs inside your Fibric tenant; it reads through the connectors you have already authorized and holds no credentials of its own.
What it reads
- Governed metrics with one canonical definition per number, tagged with source
- Support conversations, order state, and call records inside your tenant
- The history of past questions and confirmed actions, kept on the record
What it can do
- Answers a plain-language question with the numbers and where they came from
- Proposes a vetted action grounded in the answer, for a human to confirm
- Writes the finding back as a note on the conversation or order it concerns
Requirements
- At least one governed data source (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- A support connector (Kustomer or Zendesk) if you want conversation context
Works with
KustomerConnector Reads conversations and writes notes back, idempotently. Running in production today under BearScope. Live MagentoConnector Reads orders, line items, and proof approvals as they happen: the upstream signal that an order is about to go wrong. Live Amazon ConnectConnector Brings live and recorded call context into the operational picture, with status sync back to your CX platform of record. Live PostgreSQLConnector Reads your operational tables under row-level tenant isolation, the same wall that keeps tenants out of each other's data. Early access SnowflakeConnector Queries the warehouse for the governed metric an operator needs. Numbers come from your tables, tagged with source, never invented.
