OneMap

Singapore address search, reverse geocoding, planning areas, and multimodal routing from Singapore Land Authority.

About

OneMap is the authoritative national geospatial platform developed by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA). The OneMap REST APIs provide high-precision forward and reverse address geocoding, Singapore building names, 6-digit postal code coordinates (SVY21 and WGS84), Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) master plan planning areas, and multimodal routing for walking, transit, and vehicular traffic across the island nation.

Through Fibric, an operator references Singapore building footprints, postal geocodes, and planning boundaries to automate customer address validation, determine local delivery dispatch zones, and estimate transit times across commercial hubs without proprietary map fees.

This is a reference listing. It documents what Fibric would read from OneMap and what it could propose, based on the publisher's published interfaces. Fibric builds it under a managed deployment when you request it; selecting it here installs nothing.

Inputs

  • Forward address search matching building names, street names, and 6-digit postal codes in Singapore
  • Reverse geocoding converting latitude and longitude coordinates into Singapore building names and addresses
  • Singapore Land Authority SVY21 (EPSG:3414) and WGS84 (EPSG:4326) coordinate transformations
  • URA Master Plan planning areas and subzone administrative boundary geometries in GeoJSON format
  • Multimodal routing calculations for vehicular navigation, public bus and MRT transit, and walking

Proposed actions

Read-only. This feed informs operators; it changes nothing.

Proposed actions are target capabilities. Every action runs propose-first and needs a validated deployment and the appropriate permissions.

What you can build

  • Validate Singapore customer addresses and 6-digit postal codes

Submit entered Singapore delivery addresses to the OneMap search endpoint, proposing corrected building names and validated postal coordinates before dispatch.

    With Address Repair, Ship-To Change

  • Calculate multi-depot transit routing across Singapore planning zones

Query OneMap routing and planning area boundaries to compute delivery drive times and allocate customer orders to nearest fulfillment hubs.

    With Field Dispatch, Ship-From Routing

Requirements

  • Registered OneMap developer account credentials to obtain an access bearer token
  • Periodic token refresh logic to renew temporary bearer tokens upon expiration
  • Handling of Singapore 6-digit postal codes and SVY21 coordinate transformations
Authentication
Bearer token. OneMap requires a registered API email and password to request a temporary access token passed via Authorization Bearer header.

Limits

  • Geographic coverage is strictly limited to the Republic of Singapore
  • Bearer authentication tokens expire periodically and require automated renewal requests
  • High-concurrency routing and search requests are constrained by SLA API rate limits
