Authentication
API key. OS Data Hub requires an API key generated from an OS Data Hub account, supplied as a query parameter (key) on API requests.

Limits

  • Coverage is restricted to Great Britain and excludes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands
  • OS OpenData plan features monthly transaction caps on free API tiers
  • Code-Point Open provides geographic centroid points for postcode units rather than rooftop premise polygons
