Deposco

Warehouse management, distributed order fulfillment, inventory balances, and shipment tracking via the Deposco Bright Suite REST API.

About

Deposco provides cloud-based supply chain management, warehouse execution, and distributed order management through its Bright Suite platform. The Deposco REST API allows omnichannel retailers and third-party logistics operators to inspect item master data, query location-level inventory balances, route orders to optimal fulfillment nodes, track picking waves, and record purchase order receipts.

Through Fibric, an operator monitors inventory availability across fulfillment nodes, proposing order routing holds or stock replenishment transfers for operations team review.

This is a reference listing. It documents what Fibric would read from Deposco and what it could propose, based on the vendor's published interfaces. Fibric builds it under a managed deployment when you request it; selecting it here installs nothing.

Inputs

  • Item catalog details, package units, and SKU classifications via GET /items
  • Inventory balances, lot numbers, and location availability through GET /inventory
  • Sales orders, fulfillment line items, and wave picking states from GET /orders
  • Purchase orders, supplier identifiers, and inbound line statuses via GET /purchaseOrders
  • Shipment records, carrier tracking details, and dispatch timestamps from GET /shipments

Proposed actions

  • Target capability: propose releasing an order to warehouse wave picking or placing an order hold
  • Target capability: propose creating an inbound purchase order or advance shipping notice

  • Target capability: propose updating order shipping priority or delivery address details

Proposed actions are target capabilities. Every action runs propose-first and needs a validated deployment and the appropriate permissions.

What you can build

  • Hold split shipments when items are out of stock

Detect line items that would trigger unintended multi-box split shipments due to local stockouts, proposing order holds until inventory consolidates.

    With Split Shipment, Oversell Watch

  • Transfer stock to prevent regional stockouts

Compare regional sales velocity against local facility inventory balances, proposing inter-facility stock transfers to rebalance inventory ahead of demand.

    With Stock Transfer, Stockout Forecast

  • Chase delayed supplier purchase orders

Monitor purchase order expected delivery dates in Deposco and propose supplier inquiry drafts when shipments fail to arrive by the expected date.

    With PO Chase, Inbound Delay
