Google Business Profile

Business locations, customer reviews, star ratings, and review replies across Google Maps and Search via the Business Profile APIs.

About

Google Business Profile allows organizations to manage their physical locations and online presence across Google Search and Maps. Its developer APIs provide access to claimed business locations, customer star ratings, text reviews, owner responses, and operational attributes. Organizations monitor customer sentiment and address customer feedback directly on Google Search cards.

Through Fibric, an operator watches new reviews across business locations, proposing personalized public replies or escalation alerts for team review.

This is a reference listing. It documents what Fibric would read from Google Business Profile and what it could propose, based on the vendor's published interfaces. Fibric builds it under a managed deployment when you request it; selecting it here installs nothing.
