Tridium Niagara
Writes setpoints and overrides back through your Niagara station, one command at a time, each with a receipt.
The Niagara connector talks to a Tridium Niagara 4 station over its web services, reading points, schedules, and alarms and writing setpoints and overrides through the same supervisory layer your operators use today. It respects Niagara's priority array: writes land at a priority level you choose, so a local override or a life-safety command always wins, and releasing Fibric's write returns the point to whatever the station would have done anyway.
Writes start propose-only available now: the operator drafts the change, a person confirms it, and only then does the executor send it, single-flight per point with an idempotency key so a retry can never double-apply. Every command leaves a receipt with the who, the what, and the before-and-after value. If trust is in doubt, nothing runs. Built and maintained by Fibric, wired with a Fibric deployment engineer through the early-access program.

Authentication
Authenticates as a dedicated Niagara station user over HTTPS, using Fox/obix or the station's REST interface, scoped to the points on its allow-list.
What it reads
- Point values, schedules, and alarm state from the station
- Priority-array state per writable point, so Fibric knows what currently owns it
- Station health and point staleness
What it can do
- Write a setpoint or override at a configured priority level, fail-closed
- Release a Fibric-held override, returning the point to station control
- Adjust a schedule within the bounds you set per point
Requirements
- Niagara 4 station with the web service enabled
- A dedicated station user with permissions limited to the allow-listed points
- An agreed write priority level per point class
