Peak Demand
A managed early-access pattern for proposing pre-cooling and staged loads against configured comfort and equipment constraints.
ConnectorBuilding platforms
Reads power, HVAC, and metering from EcoStruxure so an energy operator can shave peak load without breaching comfort.

The EcoStruxure connector integrates with Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure building platform through its web services, reading the power, HVAC, and metering points the platform supervises. Interval meter data, equipment state, and alarm activity arrive as governed events with site and tenant stamped on each, giving the Peak Demand operator the load picture it needs to stage equipment ahead of a peak rather than react to one.
Writes, where enabled, are supervisory and stay inside the guardrails you set: allow-listed points, clamped ranges, single-flight, idempotent, and propose-only to start, each with a receipt. Fibric builds and maintains this connector independently; it is not a Schneider Electric product and no partnership or certification is claimed. It is managed early access, wired with a Fibric deployment engineer through the early-access program.
Authenticates with a dedicated EcoStruxure Web Services account, scoped to the sites and points in the connector's configuration.
Interval metering: kW demand, kWh, and per-feeder load.
Operators reason over this connector's signals next to the rest of your stack, so decisions are grounded in the same records you run on.
Target capability: Write a supervisory setpoint or staging command to an allow-listed point, propose-only to start. Actual authority, duplicate controls, and recovery depend on the validated deployment and downstream system.
This listing is informational and not self-serve. A deployment review must validate the connector, credentials, action boundary, recovery path, support, and contractual pricing before use.
Your deployment engineer verifies each line with you during onboarding.
This connector is developed, run, and supported by the same Fibric team. Support starts during onboarding with a named deployment engineer and doesn't hand you off afterward.
Listings this is designed to pair with. Each listing has its own live or managed early-access state.

Operator by Fibric
A managed early-access pattern for proposing pre-cooling and staged loads against configured comfort and equipment constraints.

Operator by Fibric
A managed early-access pattern for proposing bounded light, air, and access changes against configured room constraints.
Sensing & telemetry connector
Talks to the meters, drives, and PLCs that already run your plant, polling registers on a schedule and normalizing the readings.
Control & actuation connector
A managed reference connector for supervised setpoint and override proposals, bounded by certified local controls and supported outcome records.
Control & actuation connector
A managed reference connector for calls and texts. Throttling, stable keys, human authority, and delivery reconciliation reduce repeat-send and flood risk.
This connector is developed, published, and supported by Fibric. It integrates with Schneider EcoStruxure through published APIs. Early access means a deployment engineer wires this with you, and it runs propose-only until you approve live actions.
