Johnson Metasys
Reads points, alarms, and schedules from a Metasys site and makes supervisory writes through the governed executor.
The Metasys connector integrates with Johnson Controls Metasys through its REST API, reading the point objects, alarm streams, and schedules the supervisory layer already manages. Equipment state, zone conditions, and alarm activity arrive in Fibric as governed events, named the way your Metasys tree names them, so an operator reasons over the same model your building engineers see.
Supervisory writes, where enabled, go through Fibric's deterministic executor: bounded to allow-listed points, single-flight per point, idempotent on retry, and propose-only to start, with a receipt for every command. Fibric builds and maintains this connector independently; it is not a Johnson Controls product and no partnership or certification is claimed. It is available now, wired with a Fibric deployment engineer through the early-access program.

Authentication
Authenticates as a dedicated Metasys REST API user, scoped to the objects on the connector's allow-list.
What it reads
- Point values and equipment state across the Metasys site tree
- Alarm and event activity as it is raised and cleared
- Schedules and their current effective state
What it can do
- Write a setpoint or supervisory override to an allow-listed point, propose-only to start
- Adjust a schedule within configured bounds, with a receipt per change
Requirements
- A Metasys server with the REST API enabled and reachable
- A dedicated API user limited to the in-scope objects
- An agreed allow-list for any writable points
Works with
Guest ComfortOperator Tunes light, air, and access to the rhythm of arrival and rest, balancing comfort against energy spend room by room. Available now Peak DemandOperator Shaves peak demand without anyone noticing: pre-cools, stages loads, and respects every comfort and safety guardrail you set. Available now Predictive MaintenanceOperator Hears the equipment going wrong before it fails. It reads vibration and runtime, predicts the fault, and opens the work order early. Available now BACnet / IPConnector Reads the building automation bus directly, streaming setpoints, occupancy, and equipment state into one operational picture. Available now TwilioConnector Calls and texts the right person when an operator decides to act. Messages are throttled and deduplicated, so one event never becomes a flood. Bring Johnson Metasys into your early-access deployment
Available now means a deployment engineer wires this with you, and it runs propose-only until you approve live actions.
