About

The Metasys connector integrates with Johnson Controls Metasys through its REST API, reading the point objects, alarm streams, and schedules the supervisory layer already manages. Equipment state, zone conditions, and alarm activity arrive in Fibric as governed events, named the way your Metasys tree names them, so an operator reasons over the same model your building engineers see.

The target design places supervisory writes behind allow-listed points, per-point serialization, stable keys, human approval, and outcome records where supported. Local certified controls remain authoritative. This independent listing is managed early access; no Johnson Controls partnership or certification is claimed.

Authentication

Authenticates as a dedicated Metasys REST API user, scoped to the objects on the connector's allow-list.

What it reads

  • Point values and equipment state across the Metasys site tree
  • Alarm and event activity as it is raised and cleared
  • Schedules and their current effective state

What it can do

  • Write a setpoint or supervisory override to an allow-listed point, propose-only to start
  • Adjust a schedule within configured bounds, with a receipt per change

How it works

1

Sense

Point values and equipment state across the Metasys site tree.

2

Reason

Operators reason over this connector's signals next to the rest of your stack, so decisions are grounded in the same records you run on.

3

Act

Target capability: Write a setpoint or supervisory override to an allow-listed point, propose-only to start. Actual authority, duplicate controls, and recovery depend on the validated deployment and downstream system.

Pricing

Managed early access

This listing is informational and not self-serve. A deployment review must validate the connector, credentials, action boundary, recovery path, support, and contractual pricing before use.

Deployment engineer
Wires and verifies the integration with you during onboarding
Managed validation
Review maturity, authority, supported records, and deployment boundaries before go-live
Execution records
Supported reads, proposals, policy decisions, and reported outcomes kept for review
Support from the builders
Developed, run, and supported directly by Fibric

Requirements

System requirements
  • A Metasys server with the REST API enabled and reachable
  • A dedicated API user limited to the in-scope objects
  • An agreed allow-list for any writable points

Your deployment engineer verifies each line with you during onboarding.

Support and resources

Supported by the people who built it

This connector is developed, run, and supported by the same Fibric team. Support starts during onboarding with a named deployment engineer and doesn't hand you off afterward.

Bring Johnson Metasys into your early-access deployment

Early access means a deployment engineer wires this with you, and it runs propose-only until you approve live actions.
