The Desigo CC connector integrates with Siemens Desigo CC, the management station that unifies fire safety, HVAC, and access disciplines on many campuses. Through its API it reads point values, alarm and event activity, and schedule state across those disciplines, so an operator sees one coherent model of the building rather than three consoles. Fire and life-safety points are read-only without exception.
Supervisory writes to HVAC and comfort points, where enabled, go through Fibric's executor: allow-listed, single-flight per point, idempotent on retry, propose-only to start, and receipted per command; when trust is in doubt, nothing runs. Fibric builds and maintains this connector independently; it is not a Siemens product and no partnership or certification is claimed. It is managed early access, wired with a Fibric deployment engineer through the early-access program.
Authenticates to the Desigo CC API with a client certificate, scoped to the disciplines and points in the connector's configuration.
Point values across fire, HVAC, and access disciplines under Desigo CC.
Operators reason over this connector's signals next to the rest of your stack, so decisions are grounded in the same records you run on.
Target capability: Write a supervisory setpoint to an allow-listed HVAC point, propose-only to start. Actual authority, duplicate controls, and recovery depend on the validated deployment and downstream system.
This listing is informational and not self-serve. A deployment review must validate the connector, credentials, action boundary, recovery path, support, and contractual pricing before use.
Your deployment engineer verifies each line with you during onboarding.
This connector is developed, run, and supported by the same Fibric team. Support starts during onboarding with a named deployment engineer and doesn't hand you off afterward.

A managed early-access pattern for proposing pre-cooling and staged loads against configured comfort and equipment constraints.

Operator by Fibric
A managed early-access pattern for matching supported field signals to a reviewed route and dispatch proposal.
Control & actuation connector
A managed reference connector for door-access proposals. Any grant or revocation requires certified local controls, stable keys, human authority, and downstream verification.
Sensing & telemetry connector
Reads the building automation bus directly, streaming setpoints, occupancy, and equipment state into one operational picture.

Early access means a deployment engineer wires this with you, and it runs propose-only until you approve live actions.
