About

The Desigo CC connector integrates with Siemens Desigo CC, the management station that unifies fire safety, HVAC, and access disciplines on many campuses. Through its API it reads point values, alarm and event activity, and schedule state across those disciplines, so an operator sees one coherent model of the building rather than three consoles. Fire and life-safety points are read-only without exception.

Supervisory writes to HVAC and comfort points, where enabled, go through Fibric's executor: allow-listed, single-flight per point, idempotent on retry, propose-only to start, and receipted per command; when trust is in doubt, nothing runs. Fibric builds and maintains this connector independently; it is not a Siemens product and no partnership or certification is claimed. It is managed early access, wired with a Fibric deployment engineer through the early-access program.

Highlights

  • Unifies fire, HVAC, access points
  • Supervisory writes via executor
  • Writes use idempotency keys and single-flight controls to suppress duplicate effects on retry
  • Provisioned with a deployment engineer through the early-access program

Authentication

Authenticates to the Desigo CC API with a client certificate, scoped to the disciplines and points in the connector's configuration.

What it reads

  • Point values across fire, HVAC, and access disciplines under Desigo CC
  • Alarm and event activity as it is raised, escalated, and cleared
  • Schedules and their current effective state

What it can do

  • Write a supervisory setpoint to an allow-listed HVAC point, propose-only to start
  • Acknowledge a non-safety alarm as part of a vetted, receipted plan

How it works

1

Sense

Point values across fire, HVAC, and access disciplines under Desigo CC.

2

Reason

Operators reason over this connector's signals next to the rest of your stack, so decisions are grounded in the same records you run on.

3

Act

Target capability: Write a supervisory setpoint to an allow-listed HVAC point, propose-only to start. Actual authority, duplicate controls, and recovery depend on the validated deployment and downstream system.

This listing is informational and not self-serve. A deployment review must validate the connector, credentials, action boundary, recovery path, support, and contractual pricing before use.

Requirements

System requirements
  • A Desigo CC management station with its API enabled and reachable
  • Certificate provisioning for the Fibric API client
  • An allow-list that keeps fire and life-safety points strictly read-only

Your deployment engineer verifies each line with you during onboarding.

Support and resources

Supported by the people who built it

This connector is developed, run, and supported by the same Fibric team. Support starts during onboarding with a named deployment engineer and doesn't hand you off afterward.

Bring Siemens Desigo CC into your early-access deployment

Early access means a deployment engineer wires this with you, and it runs propose-only until you approve live actions.
