Zendesk

Tickets, macros, and customer history in as events; the same support capability, different vendor.

The Zendesk connector reads tickets, comments, and customer history through the Zendesk API, and brings your macros along so an operator knows which canned responses your team actually uses. Ticket fields, tags, and SLA policy state come in with each ticket, so escalation risk is visible before the breach. Because Fibric routes by capability, an operator written against Kustomer reads Zendesk without changes: the support capability is the contract, the vendor is configuration.

Incremental exports resume from a cursor, so a restart re-reads nothing, and every ticket lands stamped with its tenant and source. Writes are idempotent: a retried internal note is a safe no-op, never a duplicate on the ticket. Zendesk is available now: built and maintained by Fibric, and provisioned with a deployment engineer through the early-access program.

Authentication

A Zendesk API token paired with an agent email, stored in your tenant's secret store.

What it reads

  • Tickets and comments as they arrive and change
  • Requester history, tags, and custom ticket fields
  • SLA policy state and breach events per ticket

What it can do

  • Adds private comments to a ticket, idempotently
  • Updates ticket status, priority, and assignment
  • Applies tags an operator has decided on

Requirements

  • A Zendesk Support instance with API token access enabled
  • An agent identity with the ticket read and write permissions you intend to grant

Works with

Order RiskOperator Watches every open order and flags the one about to slip before the carrier ever scans it. Runs in production inside BearScope today. Live Operations AnalystOperator Ask what is happening in plain language and get an answer grounded in your real data. Then turn that answer into a vetted action. Live Amazon ConnectConnector Brings live and recorded call context into the operational picture, with status sync back to your CX platform of record. Live SlackConnector Posts the proposed action, waits for the human confirm, then executes, all inside a channel that keeps the record. Available now ShopifyConnector Streams orders, fulfillments, and inventory. Swapping storefronts is configuration, not a rewrite of your operator. Available now

Bring Zendesk into your early-access deployment

Available now means a deployment engineer wires this with you, and it runs propose-only until you approve live actions.
